If you're looking for a realtor, then look no further than Tanya. She's honest, reliable, and experienced. She reached out to my husband after he inquired about a house on Zillow, and we are so thankful she did! We viewed several properties via her website and was able to favorite ones we liked. From there, we just reached out to Tanya to view a few of the properties.She asked ALL of the appropriate questions when we looked at new builds ....questions that my husband and I had no clue to even ask had she not been present. It was evident at that time that she knew what she was talking about. Any time we wanted to view another house, she willingly scheduled a time with us. In addition, she thoroughly explained the home buying process to us and explained terms we did not understand. She was also readily available via phone when we reached out to her! I'm huge on good customer service, and Tanya gives you more than that. She recommended her lender who gave us a better offer than the lenders we reached out to! Tanya helped us find THE perfect home!
