Very smooth transaction Brittany was thorough on time and always had answers

Got our dream home all thanks to Brittany Kovatch Shes been gracefully helping us find our dream home for over a year She would always make time to show houses we were interested in as soon as possible and was quick to get the information we needed to insure we made a smart purchase She gave great advice that we know lead to the smooth purchase of our new home We really appreciated her vast knowledge and quickness to respond We never felt pushed into making any decisions with her Highly recommend using Brittany if you would like a pleasant and successful home buying experience

Sally Graef sold our house in the Windward neighborhood of Alpharetta GA in one weekend She is the most hard working diligent and caring agent she does not pressure you to make choices or decisions shes patient and works to meet your needs and she goes to bat for you and will be your 1 advocate sally made me feel very taken care of so that i didnt need to worry about anything during the entire process i highly recommend Sally

We had the absolute best experience with Brittany She made the home buying process smooth fun and stress free We were buying from out of state which added another layer to the already stressful buying process but Brittany was always patient prepared and genuinely invested in finding us the right home and she did just that We felt supported every step of the way and shared so many laughs throughout the process Truly a gem of a realtor and a wonderful person to work with Thank you so much
