A&T Real Estate, LLC.

Alice was referred to us by a friend of ours & honestly we couldnt have asked for a better real estate professional. If we could give her 6 stars we would. If youre looking for a realtor with great response times, tremendous attention to detail & a trustworthy negotiator who will go to bat for you, Alice is in a league of her own.

Alice is the best realtor HANDS DOWN! She was knowledgeable of what to look for in my home, whether it was finishing touches or Inspection guidelines. She was very hands on when it came to ensuring i received the best deal in the city. The one thing I appreciated so much was her availability and communication. You will always be aEURoein the knowaEUR? and given information every step of the way. She made the purchase of my first home memorable!!

Alice was always quick to schedule walkthroughs of any units that my wife and I sent her. She made to entire scouting and purchasing process extremely easy. Alice was able to ask questions to the property manager and builder that my wife an I could not think to ask. Alice truly made us feel like family.

Alice helped me buy my first house and I didn't know it was possible for the process to be that easy. She knew a ton about the area I was looking at (south Atlanta), was very accommodating to my schedule (I didn't live in Atlanta) and quick to respond to my communications. As a novice homebuyer I had a lot of questions and Alice had all the answers. Plus, her comments and suggestions were invaluable when I didn't even know what to look for in a house or what questions to ask about the process. After I found a house I liked, Alice made suggestions about our initial offer and I ended up getting concessions that I had not anticipated. Throughout the whole process I felt like Alice was trying super hard to get me even more than I wanted. For as long as I'm in Atlanta I just can't see working with anyone else.

Alice Williams helped us quickly find the perfect home for our family in Tyrone Georgia. She provided outstanding representation getting our offer excepted over multiple offers received on our dream home. We feel so blessed to have had her to negotiate a great deal for us and we now have 8 months of memories in our new home. I have worked with several realtors in the past and will be referring everyone to Alice thats looking to buy a home in Atlanta. We couldnt be happier Andrew and Sebastian.
