We worked with Michael and Chaz to purchase our new condo. They were awesome! We interviewed four agents; Michael was the clear choice, and we are so happy with that decision. The Thomas Team did a fabulous job and went above and beyond in selling our fathers home that cannot adequately be captured in a review. A few things that stood out was their thorough involvement throughout the process, including practical suggestions for what to improve prior to listing and then identifying contractors to do the work and facilitating their entry, to overseeing the work. This was of particular help because my brother and I live out of state. They were extremely responsive at all hours and thoroughly explained any and everything we had questions about. At no time did I feel confused or overwhelmed as they handled everything yet still took the time to explain. They are extremely personable and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. The list goes on but the last thing I will mention is that they assisted us with an extremely tricky situation involving some of my fathers personal belongings that was far above and beyond the duty of a realtor-seller agreement.
