Mike and Lene are a true team. They treated my house like it was their own and made me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. Lene helped me work within my budget to do the work that needed to be done to get the house up to snuff, recommending (and even meeting!) contractors there to get the work done in a timely fashion and then staging the house herself before bringing in their fabulous photographer to capture my home at its very best. Then Lene got to work creating her "pre-marketing" magic - making sure my house was front and center on every search engine and realtor site around - and talking it up with her colleagues. Mike took over from there, working on the front lines to get realtors in to see my little gem of a house and making sure they knew what a uniquely wonderful place it was. The house was flooded with potential buyers from the moment it went on the market and sold within two weeks. Mike was available for counsel and advice throughout the negotiation process and helped guide the contract through all the way to closing. I am incredibly grateful to both of them and will never tire of singing their praises.
