I picked Sarah from an internet search for realtors in the town where I own a rental. It was completely arbitrary and I did not have high expectations. Sarah took video and pics and passed them around. She held realtor-only open houses. She definitely knows the market in that area intimately, and that insider expertise made all the difference. With all this exposure, courtesy of Sarah's effort, I got an offer from a pre-qualified buyer within 2 weeks, thousands of dollars over my asking price. We closed shortly thereafter. Now, a new family can enjoy the place, and I no longer have the headache of a long-distance rental.I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the quality of service and frequent communication from Sarah.
