I picked Sarah from an internet search for realtors in the town where I own a rental. It was completely arbitrary and I did not have high expectations. I tasked her with selling my house within 30 days. I had tried to sell this home two years prior and was completely underwhelmed by the realtor I signed with at the time. The house didn't sell after 3-4 months. I couldn't afford to leave it empty, so I kept it a rental until the beginning of this year when I decided to find another realtor and try again. OMG ....She DID IT!!Sarah made everything easy for me, from locating a make-ready team, to clean up the property, to sending all documents to me online so that I could sign digitally without making that 100 mile one-way trip to the property.My property was networked relentlessly. Sarah took video and pics and passed them around. She held realtor-only open houses. She definitely knows the market in that area intimately, and that insider expertise made all the difference. With all this exposure, courtesy of Sarah's effort, I got an offer from a pre-qualified buyer within 2 weeks, thousands of dollars over my asking price. We closed shortly thereafter. Now, a new family can enjoy the place, and I no longer have the headache of a long-distance rental.I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the quality of service and frequent communication from Sarah. Ashley I thought was a great agent until it came time to close, she went on vacation the day before closing and sent a co worker in her spot. He sat there and played on his cell phone the whole time. Because of this he did not catch a mistake the title company made and it ended up costing up $500.00 we did not have. When brought to her attention we basically got an "ooops, sorry" and sent packing. As if the above mentioned was not enough, the inspector SHE hired to inspect our home before the sale went through missed the fact that not only did the house have termites but he also missed a massive crack in one of the main support beams in the roof of our home. Guess who had to pay for this too. Certainly wasn't Ms. Hammons. I would not refer anyone to her for any sort of assistance and those who do go to her, I would make sure you take care of hiring your own inspector.
