Aaron is a true professional and a class act who works tirelessly on behalf of his clients. He went above and beyond in the assistance he provided working non stop to assist in applying for, obtaining approval and closing a short sale by working with both lenders the buyers agent and title company ensuring all boxes were checked. Couldnt have completed this transaction without him. Forever grateful for Aaron and look forward to referring him to family, friends, and anyone needing to buy or sell. I wont use another agent.

Aaron was excellent. We sold for very close to our asking price. Aaron knows what you need to do to sell a home. Aaron's communication was spot on. One time I called him and he answered even though he was on a cruise with his family! Every email or text answered very quickly. His commission was only 2.5% - as representative of the Seller - VERY REASONABLE! If you want someone that works hard and gets your property sold, you need Aaron Eshack!

Ill be straight with anyone reading this review. I was skeptical at first hiring an assist to sell broker. That skepticism was quickly put at easy with our first meeting with Aaron. He is very knowledgeable about the industry, very responsive to all of our questions (and there were a lot), he worked very hard to sell our house, and communicated with us every step of the way. Never once did I feel like we werent valued or that the wool was being pulled over our eyes. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone trying to sell a house. Oh and I forgot to mention that we saved over $10K in commissions by going with Aaron over a traditional realtor/broker. The choice is clear, give him a call.
