Words cannot express how great Sarah was during the entire process of my transaction! Sarah was tasked with an impossible task of selling a vacant lot and my primary residence. In a very difficult market, Sarah executed flawlessly. She was not only professional, but also very informative of market trends and is a true negotiator. After having my home on the market for over 100 days, with no real follow up by another realtor; Sarah and I sat down; through her strategic marketing was able to list my primary residence - and after one day of being relisted; she received an offer. Sarah helped us sale our home and during that same process, helped us find our new home! She made it incredibly easy, gave us pointers on the things we needed to do to prepare for the sale and prepare for showing. *she was not kidding when she told us her open houses are jammed packed!* We have a young child and both my partner and I work full time so finding time to view homes was a little tricky but Sarah accommodated us and reassured us that no matter the time she is available! She made us feel comfortable and offered input with real concern and care when maybe my partner and I couldnt. It literally felt like touring homes with family and because of this whole process we do consider her a part of ours! EVERYTHING she does behind the scenes does not go unnoticed, especially her networking and relationships she has with other realtors. From the outside it was so seamless and we moved out of our old home, right into our new ON the same day!.. however we do not discount the things we didnt get to see - all the calls, texts, paperwork and scheduling to get us there. She is working so hard around the clock and we never doubted her abilities. She truly is one of a kind, the bells and whistles and I would recommend her ten fold.
