Ascendancy Realty

Mitchell did an amazing job. Great communication and provided great information. Very punctual and understood what we wanted in our hunt for a house. Made the process of buying a house very simple with all the great knowledge he had about the market

You want Curtis and Tina in your corner when buying or selling a home. We've done both with them and found them to be wise counsel, sharp negotiators, and kind friends. It's easy to find an incompetent, lazy realtor, and increasingly hard to find a tenacious, savvy one. With the Hartless team, you get two of the best real estate experts in the business. Save your family time and heartache; Hire Tina and Curtis.

Curtis was communicative, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we bought the right home. He was always willing to show us a home regardless of what time of day it was or what his schedule looked like - he always found a way to make it happen for us.

Curtis and Tina were extremely helpful during our search for the right home. We were new to the area and had no idea where to begin. We love that they always kept the communication open at any time of day! Also love that they are very family oriented which was crucial for our search. We highly recommend Curtis and Tina Hartless!

Curtis did a great job with everything! Couldnt say one bad thing about the experience using Curtis to sell my house. Not to mention he sold my house in 1 day!
