Gretchen is a fantastic agent. My wife and I recently moved from the lower 48 up to Alaska. Gretchen showed us all around Juneau, lined up properties for us to see, and advised us on areas that fit within our budget. Once we had picked out a house she worked tirelessly to help us get into that house. She always had an answer ready for the multitude of questions we had in this process and was always on top of things! I really can't thank her enough for the job she did. Her negotiation skills were top notch! I was nervous about asking for things to get repaired, but Gretchen stepped in and made it happen! Without her knowledge, experience, and understanding of the local area I know that our transition to Alaska would have been drastically more stressful! She was even able to help us line up contractors to help with some remodeling after we purchased the house. Gretchen really defines the model for which all agents should be judged.
