As first time homebuyers, the process of purchasing a home was quite daunting. Jessica made the process straightforward, was constantly available to us, and helped us keep a realistic perspective of what would need to be done to our future home. She walked through each home by our side and answered any questions we had, always looking out for our best interest. She is very experienced and has several resources to recommend for other aspects of buying a home. We went with 2 of her recommendations and were extremely happy with them. Jessica was professional, but personable. I highly recommend her for any home buying needs! While we havent had her for selling a home, we will definitely be reaching out to her when the time comes.

I would give her 10 stars not 5! I first met Jessica when she was helping my friend find a house. She was resourceful, knowledgeable in multiple areas, highly responsive and always available even for last minute requests. That's when i told my friend she was lucky to have Jessica by her side as a first-time buyer, because she was helping her in EVERY possible way, even after she completed the purchase! Fast forward, i had a house to sell and of course i decided to go with her. Again, same dedication on her behalf. She helped me find people to do last minute repairs and managed to negotiate with multiple interested parties to get the highest price for me. Finally, i hired Jessica to help me rent a house. Not only she's a great agent for a buyer or a seller, but she's a great interior designer as well helping with selections and colors and everything in between. For someone such as myself who has no clue when it comes to those things and super busy, that means a lot! All i can say is i am lucky to have found Jessica and highly recommend her. She truly cares for her clients and puts the time and energy even after she's done her work.

Loved her. Very professional, easy to work with and available whenever we text her. Had great suggestion for making the process easy. Whenever we had questions she had great advice and names of professionals we could contact. I highly recommend her.
