I was very lucky to have Jenn working with me on the sale of my condo. She impressed me from the very beginning, armed with research and materials to review at our initial consultation. She is not only extraordinarily knowledgeable, but has deep resources and contacts to help with any surprises that come up along the way. And we had plenty of surprises, including many stumbling blocks with the HOA. Jenn was extremely helpful and responsive, fielding all of my questions, holding my hand, and reassuring me along the way as I was certain the wheels were about to fall off. With Jenn's expertise and under her guidance, the wheels never did fall off. We were able to get the unit sold for the price I was looking for. Because of issues that were well out of my control, this was a much more difficult process than anticipate, but Jenn made sure we saw it through to the end. I don't think I would have had this outcome without her. I will recommend Jenn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
