Patti is amazing. Met me months before I planned to look and spent lots of time getting to know me and my concerns and my preferences; even though I'm not a high-dollar home-buyer, I always felt like her priority. When the right place came along, we were ready to move. There was one morning-of-closing scare that resulted from a third party, and Patti and her team worked to fix it so that closing wasn't delayed a single minute. Everyone she's recommended, from lenders to handymen, have been rock stars. She called just a few months ago just to be sure I was still happy with the place and the move. Almost a year later, another third-party glitch was discovered and I called her only because I didn't know who else to ask, and her team was immediately back on it so that I didn't have to do a thing. I absolutely recommend her to anyone even *thinking* about buying or selling a home in Birmingham.
