Arbella Properties INC Fall Branch

Great experience, very knowledgeable and prompt with all communications. Had zero issues with showing us a wide array of properties until we could find one that best suit our needs.

My wife and I have been looking for a home in the east Tennessee area for the last couple years. We were looking to relocate from out-of-state and were not familiar with the real estate market here. We had worked with a couple real estate agents who were wonderful people, but would constantly show us properties that were very nice, but for one reason or another, they didn't fit our criteria. When we partnered with Janie Barron, things changed. She understood that we were living 500 miles from east Tennessee. She always showed us homes that were in our criteria. While working with her over the last several months, she not only gained our respect, we feel like she's become a true friend. On more than one occasion, we feel she went above and beyond and we will always be truly grateful that Janie has come into our lives. We haven't found anybody more dedicated to their clients than Janie.

Was so nice to have a great realtor who was 100% working with/for us. Janie is #1 in our book! She was always available, and was very knowledgeable about all the aspects in home purchasing.

Janie was wonderful. She kept me updated all throughout the process. She made buying my new home easy. She provided a to do list that kept me on task to make sure I getting everything g done. She knows the area and was able to provide me with contacts to assist with getting things done. I would definitely recommend her!

Janie went above and beyond for us throughout our home search. Even though we ultimately decided not to purchase, she remained patient, supportive, and fully committed every step of the way. We looked at several homes in different areas of East TN. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience positive and stress-free. Its clear she truly puts her clients first, and we are so grateful for all the time and effort she invested in helping us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor!
