Scott was helping me look for either a house on property that I could build a big garage on or a big empty building/warehouse that I could use for a garage. So, we looked at quite few places and although I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, I knew I would know it when I saw it. He was very patient with me, and when the perfect building (a old Cabinet shop) we knew this was the place. There were 12 sealed bids over asking price and although I had never had participated in a Real Estate sealed bid Scott knew just the right way to go about bidding so I had a good chance of winning the bid. And, I did win! I never could have won the bid without Scott's expertise!
