Paul made buying our new home so painless and manageable! We found Paul as a selling/listing agent of a house we were initially interested in, but before we were actually ready to buy. He was incredibly helpful and encouraging as a selling/listing agent, he just came off as the fiercest advocate for that house, so when it came time to actually start the process of buying a few months later we knew we needed him in our corner. Best decision ever! Paul was so communicative, knowledgeable, and honest through the entire process. When we found the house we wanted he worked tirelessly to get our offer in ASAP and accepted less than 2 hours later on a Friday night! The negotiating he did on our deal for us was awesome, he was able to stand ground against the listing/selling agent without being too aggressive and negotiated a fair deal for everyone involved. Through the entire process he made sure everyone was on the same page, working tirelessly with us, the listing/selling agent, our loan officer, and inspector through email, text, and phone calls. We were so nervous going into this process, and Paul just made us feel at ease and supported while making sure whatever we wanted to happen, happened. There were so many times in the process wed end a phone call with him and my husband and I would look at each other and go aEURoeman, hes so on it!aEUR? And his support doesnt end at closing. He continues to help us however he can, including with home warranty stuff and his list of contractors. Were glad we went with Paul!
