APEX Residential

Working with Jay was easy and fun. Excellent knowledge of the area and highly valuable relationships with other real estate professionals. He was very helpful in navigating our interests with the available inventory. Highly recommended!

Jay was exceptional in finding a property that met our needs & budget. We searched a couple of years before reaching out to Jay. He found our house that checked all the boxes! His knowledge of the Scottsdale area was superb!! Without his help, we would have never closed on the property. Thanks Jay!

Jay was extremely helpful in educating us on the Arizona real state market. We are from Michigan and so his expertise was very valuable- He ensured that all went well and that our final price was a good deal!
