Falina was a huge asset in helping our agent, who was out of town for most of the process. She was extremely giving of her time to do a second look at the house and the pre-closing walk through and answering questions. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful in pointing out things we may not have noticed. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. All of the price negotiations were done by our agent and not Falina.
