I've been working with Casey on my first home purchase and it's been a really positive experience! When visiting homes, he provided helpful information to consider about the property but I really appreciated that I never felt rushed about placing an offer that I truly couldn't see myself in. When I started placing offers, he was very responsive to my questions about what to include to make them competitive within my price point. Once my recent offer was accepted, him and his coworkers were consistently communicating with me about the status of the purchase and what the next steps were. During the contingency phase, he negotiated accordingly which included an extension so that inspection concerns were properly addressed. Aside from that, Casey brought a positive vibe to this process which was nice given how crazy the market has been. Thanks again Casey!
