Claire and Gail helped my husband and I make the transition from a large home, where we had raised kids and shared many memories, to a lovely townhome in a neighborhood where we felt instantly at home. They make a great team. Gail has years of experience and Claire brings the fresh perspective and technological know how. You truly get the best of the best with these two.Right away I noticed how they both really listened to what we wanted. Gail has a strong intuition and was able to hone in on details quickly so we didn't lose time looking at townhomes and ranches that wouldn't work. She nailed it within a couple of days. Claire has an eye for trends and efficiency. Her ideas on how to use space, decorate and live were invaluable. Gail and Claire are with you all the way through the process. From the beginning of the home shopping process, Gail and Claire were a pleasure to work with. They were patient with our changes in areas, price points, amenities, and more. They immediately began sending us homes for us to look at and they personalized the experience. They didn't just send us links to homes to look at. They took the time to look at each individual property photo and make comments about what we might like/dislike and ensure it met our needs. In the contract process, Gail showed she is experienced and proficient. She ran comps quickly and thoroughly. She was able to point us in the right direction when issues arose and help to pinpoint the perfect offer price.
