Oh dear, I thought I had already done the review of Hank Miller for Zillow! It distresses that this detail was overlooked! I simply cannot say enough good things about this man and Team Miller. There should be an extra category for 'extraordinary'. By the time I met Hank I was totally UN-impressed with the realty business as a whole. Promise the Moon and deliver nothing but aggravation was my experience. And then I stumbled upon "UpNest" and Hank Miller was one of four realtors selected by this company as most ideally suited match. I must advise though Hank is not for the faint of heart! He is brutally honest, no nonsense, and you can pretty much take anything he advises to the bank. Look.No.Further. Hire.Him.Today. And if he AGREES to take you as a client, say a prayer of thanks to the Lord above.This review would not be complete, however, without talking about his No.1 team-mate - his wife, Mary. Southern charm and grace - 'manor-born' through and through. Mary rounds out Hank's sharp edges. And she has the 'eye' for staging and decoration! I love them both and have nothing but respect and admiration.As stated above: Look.No.Further. Hire.Him.Today.

I have been fortunate to have been a part of maybe 20 real estate transactions and I can say with complete confidence that I have never encountered an agent as impressive as Hank Miller. The process started in the fall of 2019 and has included 4 personal visits to Atlanta and countless rounds of communication from our California home. On no fewer than four occasions Hank could have talked us into a deal or allowed us to make an offer on a property that wasnt right for us but would have expedited the process. His high character clearly doesnt allow for that mind set. Once we found the right home, he negotiated strongly on our behalf until a deal was made and then completely took over to ensure that closing would take place on time with a limited amount of drama. I cannot express how much we appreciate his guidance and effort with this transaction, Hank has a customer for life.
