Real estate agents get paid after the sale/purchase of a house. Logic would say that a buyer's agent would push you to buy a house as soon as possible. Hank is different. We moved to Atlanta 6+ months ago, naively assuming that we will purchase a house in (max) 2 months, and our kids can attend the local schools at the beginning of the school year. Well, it took us over 7 months. During this time, Hank showed over 50 homes. There were times when we (in desperation) wanted to see a house that we were pretty sure that we wouldn't make an offer on, so we felt that we were wasting Hank's time. His response was "I am going to be in the area anyway, no harm in looking. It will build your knowledge base". There were homes that we kind-of-liked, but Hank pointed at issues that our untrained eye didn't notice. This is exactly the opposite of what you would expect an eager-to-close-the-deal agent to do. Hank never pushed us to purchase a house that we didn't like. We never felt rushed. He has also been available almost any time of the day to respond to our calls, text messages and has been an unbelievable source of knowledge. We truly appreciate his guidance, time, and professionalism.

Hank did an impressive job selling my home of 28+yrs. back in 2019 so he was the first and only agent I called when I wanted to move back to Atlanta area in 2021. Hank listens and gets to know his buyer and/or seller, so he can shepherd you through the stressful process on both sides of the deal, buying or selling. As my buyer's agent in 2022, Hank lined up and showed us all the homes my wife and I found on Realtor.com and Zillow that we thought we'd like, but he also lined up showings at houses he thought were a good fit for us. Turns out, he knew better than us (imagine that) and after chasing our list of overrated houses we wanted to see all over N.Atlanta, we finally found our ideal home from one of Hank's suggestions. Hank structured our offer so it was great for us and worked with the seller's agent to get it accepted 1st pass with no negotiations. He's the man! He even saved us an additional $5k post-inspection on some home repairs the seller agreed to fix. Hank's work is impressive and I have found his knowledge of how to structure a deal to be unsurpassed. I guarantee that you will be glad you used him for your RE transaction, as either a buyer or a seller as he is direct and to the point and gets the job done. I've used him twice now and, as I said above, HE'S THE ONLY AGENT I'LL USE IN THE ATLANTA AREA!! Quit looking for or talking with other rookie-league or wannabe RE agents, give Hank a call and learn how it's done. It'll be the best decision you've made in a while!!

Hank was awesome in helping me find a home. Finding something that met my price range was difficult, but Hank continued to show me houses that met my requirements and were in my price range. And when we got out bid, Hank never let it get me down, he immediately reset and showed me something else. I would definitely use Hank again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house in this area.
