Anne Marie Realty

Incredibly focused, extremely knowledgeable of the market and always communicating with us as she expertly guided us through the buying and selling process. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime, Kath has been the best!! Would not hesitate to refer her outstanding services.

We were so fortunate to have found Tracie to help us in the purchase of our new home(new construction) in Greenville, SC, moving down south from upstate New York. She was very thorough in researching the area and the price range of our interest. She was very patient and took the time to show us several properties. Tracie was with us throughout the whole process, from negotiating different options with the builder to making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She attended every meeting with the builder until the closing. She was keeping track of things better than us. Tracie is not only very knowledgeable in the field but also very pleasant to work with and was always there whenever we needed her. We recommend her highly.

Buying a home and navigating through the process can be quite challenging and stressful but having the right real estate agent guide you step by step can make it much easier, that is why I highly recommend Kathleen Kemme. She is very professional, thorough and detail oriented from the home search to the paperwork. She guided us to meet every deadline and always replied immediately with any questions we had. I highly recommend her as your listing or buying agent.

Tracie was an excellent realtor is our new construction build purchase. It was a custom small builder who turned out to be a horrible, crazy person (and we had built before so we knew what the usual bumps were in a new build). Cannot express how above and beyond Tracie went for us. She spent so much time trying to reign in the horrible stuff the builder did to us, she lost money on the transaction. She spent many hours more than what her commission covered. We highly recommend you contract with Tracie for your sale and/or purchase!!

Kathleen is exactly what you want in a real estate agent. If you text her, you are not sitting around waiting for a reply, she responds immediately. She is on your side the whole way, and goes out of her way for you. I don't think there's anyway somebody could do more for a client than Kathleen. Hands down the best agent out there!
