Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty

We relocated from Georgia to Maine the end of 2016. We didnt know anyone in the area and picked Wally from Zillow mostly based on his reviews. All true! I truly believe we couldnt have made a better choice. Expertise and professionalism were outstanding. Its like he knew our taste and exactly what we were looking for and set out to find our dream home. And successfully did so helping us make this difficult decision in what seemed like no time. He followed through with us all the way to closing and beyond. If you need someone with insight and trustworthy to buy or sell, look no further.

We highly recommend Skanlon. He is a dedicated, highly skilled professional realtor. He stays on top of every step of of the selling process, and gets your home sold.

We were referred to Skanlon by a friend who couldn't say enough about his knowledge and expertise in the Southern Maine market. We were so glad that we took her advice and reached out to him. Skanlon's professionalism and endless amount of patience made the daunting experience of finding our vacation home an easier one. He was available to answer my countless questions and never made me feel rushed during our, sometimes daily, conversations. Not only is Skanlon open and honest, he listens to your concerns and redirects the search with those concerns in mind. By the end of this process, not only do we have a home to begin new memories with our family, we also feel that we have a friend in the area.

We have had the pleasure of having Skanlon at our side while we bought and sold two properties. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, raising questions and providing insight that we would have never known on our own. Highly recommend Skanlon to others selling or buying in Maine.

Very professional Very informative Very knowledgeable Very personable Was very well presented. Not pushy. Very pleased how his main objective was to help us feel more knowledgeable about our search.
