The best decision we could have made when starting our new life in Miami was choosing Stefania as our realtor. From the very first minute, she was attentive to us, making video calls to explain everything and always answering our questions. Our case was complicated because we needed to rent a house remotely, while still in Spain, and we were also looking for an apartment that would allow us to bring our dog. She explained in detail how the rental market works in Miami, the procedures we would have to go through, recommended areas where we could live with our dog and those we should avoid, and was attentive throughout the entire process. She sent us videos of all the houses we were interested in, and we finally found the perfect home thanks to her. I would definitely choose her again and recommend her to everyoneaEUR"she was the best decision.

Working with Stefania Mogollon has been an amazing experience. She has helped me purchase multiple condo investment properties throughout Miami, and her knowledge of the market, responsiveness, and negotiation skills have been invaluable throughout every transaction. Beyond helping me acquire the properties, she also assisted with renting them out, making the entire process seamless from purchase to tenant placement. Stefania is professional, patient, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients long-term goals. Her assistant, Judith, was also incredibly helpful, organized, and responsive throughout the process, always making sure everything stayed on track. Having a team that is this attentive and efficient makes a huge difference, especially when managing multiple transactions. I highly recommend Stefania and her team to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate in Miami.
