Karen did an outstanding job helping us purchase a home in east Orlando. She is knowledgeable about the area and eager to help. We were able to close on our new home with no issues. Her communication is great and we highly recommend her.

Working with Alexa was an absolute game-changer! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make my home-buying journey in Florida as smooth and stress-free as possible. Y Habla EspaA+-ol! What sets Alexa apart is her incredible communication, market knowledge, and negotiation skills. She negotiated seller credits, making my closing costs and out-of-pocket expenses far better than I could have imagined. On top of that, she locked in fantastic overall terms and guided me step-by-step through every detail of the loan process, inspection, and closing disclosures. Whenever I had questions, Alexa was always responsive, patient, and proactive. Her dedication to protecting my interests and ensuring every detail was handled correctly was top-tier. If you are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and sharp real estate agent who truly fights for her clients, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Working with Karen was a 10 out of 10 experience! The entire process couldnt have gone more smoothly. She listed our home at exactly the right price point, and we were under contract within days. She was able to negotiate an offer that aligned perfectly with what we were hoping for, and the open house she hosted ultimately brought in the buyer for our home. Karen was always quick to answer our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly felt like we were in the best hands. She is personable, detail-oriented, an excellent listener, and her communication throughout the process was outstanding. We couldnt recommend Karen more highly and are incredibly grateful for her expertise and dedication!
