We absolutely loved working with Kate for our first home purchase! She made the process as easy and fun as possible for myself and partner while being practical and organized. She took us all over town, from Lafayette to Nederland, as we tried to narrow down where we wanted to live. We looked at a wide array of properties--rural cabins, urban townhomes, suburban houses--and Kate was so knowledgeable about everything! She was also very communicative, flexible, and easy to get ahold of. I kind of want to sell the house we bought just so I can work with her again, we really do miss our daily/weekly chats with her!

Heather didnt outstanding job. I highly recommend the Amy Ryan group to sell your home or propermy wife and I move out of state and left our property in their hands. They did so much work the staging the open house is. The meetings they were awesome they were available 247 when we needed them. Youre dumb cant thank them enough. Thank you Heather again. My wife and I appreciate you so so much and Amy you guys rock 5 star class a service.
