Tricia made buying my home an incredible experience, despite the many challenges we faced. Her professionalism, expertise, and tireless dedication smoothed out every bump in the road?she?s truly a problem-solver extraordinaire! What sets Tricia apart is her remarkable perseverance; no matter how tough things got, she never gave up, working relentlessly to find solutions. Beyond that, her heartfelt commitment to treating her clients like family shone through in every interaction. She always kept my best interests as her number one priority, making me feel supported and valued every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing a top-notch real estate agent!

Tricia was very helpful, dedicated and committed to us in ensuring we sold our house. We felt very confident and trusted our agent. She was always accesible to us, and quickly returned our calls. She helped us look at ways to get our house ready to sell and get the best possible price. For example, she suggested we consider some remodeling that was within our budget to make the house more modern and appealing to more buyers. We followed her suggestions. The remodeling made a big improvement on the house with the staging that captured the charm of our newly update home. We have highly recommended Tricia to family and friends. We will use her again.

We had a wonderful experience with Tricia. She was not pushy or rude at any time. Always there to talk to you and listen to your concerns and needs. I would highly recommend her to any home buyer.

Tricia is truly amazing. She is the best agent I have been worked with. Before I met Tricia, I worked with with 3-4 agent and my offer was rejected 4 -5 times. She got me a house in first offer. Her negotiation skill is the best. It was truly amazing and I couldnt express how much happy I was working with her. She always put herself in buyer shoes and give us good insights that we often overlook as first time home buyer. She didnt push us to buy a house just for the sake of getting commission like other agents we worked before. She wanted to make sure that we got the best. She always responded with our enquires promptly. And help to clarify any doubt/questions even after we close our house.
