Richard was an expert in selling our condo. He handled every aspect of showing the apartment, having open house, and his knowledge of the market geographical area helped to make this a much easier time to price the condo and in selling the apartment. He was great in communication with myself and the buyer. He is a take charge kind of person and I recommend him highly in helping to buy or sell any property.

Richard is the constant professional any question is answered, any potential problem is addressed. To say I'm satisfied with his service would be an understatement because it doesn't say how excellent he is. Very very good.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional broker. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Rich Dun was there for us every step of the way in the process of listing, staging and preparation of our contract. His high tech, 3-D camera, motion shots throughout our condo were a showstopper. He also provided great negotiations on the final sale. I highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone interested in selling on Staten Island.

I was impressed with Rich's knowledge and resources. He was always curteous and made himself available when i needed him, even, after what I thought would have been normal hours of work. He guided me towards some good deals that did not happen for one reason or another, i.e. out bid or difficult sellers and kept me away from deals I thought were good but in the end turned out to be disasterous. He truly took my wants and needs to heart and looked to fulfill them, the best he could. and in doing so went above and beyond what many other realtors would have done. I trust Rich 100 % and Rich Dunn is my go to guy for any future real estate endeavors I may get involved with.
