What can I say?! Seth is THE man to have on your team when buying a home. We were fortunate to have met Seth and his wife at an open house in Riverside. His expertise and knowledge made us feel comfortable and stress free! His negotiation skills are superb. He was more focused on finding us the perfect home than he was closing a deal. He helped guide us EVERY step of the way and we officially closed on our home In December! Seth will be your perfect match. Thanks again to Seth and his team for making our dreams a reality. We hope to keep in touch.

I was referred to John by my brother, who had purchased a home a few years ago. My brother had nothing but positive things to say about his experience working with John. At first my thoughts were, I'm single, there is no way I will qualify for anything on my own, everything is to expensive, the usual I'm sure most people think. Well, / reached out to John about a year ago, told him my thoughts, but from the beginning, John always had a positive attitude. Always telling me, what do you have to loose. Not knowing what to expect, John walked me through the whole process. We did come across a few hiccups while in Escrow, but John was on top of it and made it happen. I am now a new first time home buyer, and I have John to thank. Definitely hitting him up again if I am ever going to sell or buy again. Thank you John!!! You are awesome ????

I have worked with Amanda as a buyer and a seller. In both cases i was not nearby to assist with the transactions. She is extremely professional, market knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and capable of dealing with any situation effectively, with a smile on her face. I couldnt be happier.

Christian is the BEST! Christian Gurrola Realtor in Riverside CA, helped us purchase rental property prior to our moving to Riverside, CA in 2025. Christian handled so many details for us saving us time and money in travel from Northern California. Not only did Christian help us purchase and close in record time, Christian Currola Realtor will also manage the rental property for us! We look forward to Christian's continued help in 2025!

**Highly Recommend Gabbys Homes for Remote Sellers!** We recently sold our home with Gabby as our realtor, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. Selling remotely from Seattle had its challenges, but Gabby went above and beyond to make the process smooth and relatively stress-free. Our home had several pool and water-related issues that needed attention, and Gabby handled them all for us. She quickly found reliable repair professionals and coordinated everything on our behalf. Even when our initial buyer backed out just before closing, Gabby stayed calm and proactive, swiftly helping us secure a new buyer and guiding us through to a successful close. Her commitment, expertise, and support were invaluable. We highly recommend Gabbys Homes for anyone, especially remote sellers, looking for a realtor they can trust. Thank you, Gabby, for making what could have been a complicated process feel seamless!
