Cassie was awesome! Whenever I made a split second decision, she was ready to make the same move as me. Nevervtried to bargain on the side of the seller, but kept my best interest at heart. With that being said, we were finally able to lock in on a home that I liked and were headed to closing!! Should I need a realtor again, Id definitely use her services again!!

She went out of her way to give us all the time we needed and do all the negotiating. She always responded quickly to our texts and questions.

From explaining every document I was signing when I listed with them, to knowing all the timelines, doing all the showings, working with the buyers lender as needed, negotiating on my behalf and always being concerned that decisions were in my best interest. She responded immediately to all of my texts, I never felt I was alone in this process. She is well informed about Springfield and I would highly recommend her and Chuck for all your real estate needs. They took care of me 100%, going above and beyond to do things that I did not expect of them, like fixing a piece of trim that had blown off during a windstorm. I am an out of state client and was not present to do any of the fixes that were needed. They took care of me even though I was all the way in Washington state. Highly thankful I chose them.
