Matthew was awesome in every aspect!! We looked at around 30-40 houses and each time he very realistic and honest. He was looking out for us by showing us things we missed that could have been a problem later or telling us which neighborhood we do or dont want to be in. His responsiveness was always the same day, even on weekends too. When we finally found our house, during negotiations he was on the phone for hours a day for over 2 weeks (seller had to come down in price by over 50k bc of the appraisal) because he knew we loved it and we wanted to get it to work. We will absolutely be working with him again if he isnt sick of us! Thanks again for our dream home Matthew!!!!
