Amanda Davidson Real Estate Group

Amanda is great! She is your advocate and warrior as you navigate through the home selling process. She provides thoughtful guidance and care. She was actually the sellers agent on a home I was looking at a few years ago. While the contact fell through, I kept her in mind as an excellent agent. When it came time to sell my condo, I am so glad I picked her to sell it. She exceeded my expectations.

It has been a pleasure to work with Amanda Davidson, an experienced realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and values the relationship above all. Amanda came to us through a recommendation as we were preparing my mother-in-laws house for sale. My wife, my mother-in-law and I were impressed from the beginning with her caring attitude, professionalism, and willingness to work with us to prepare the house for the market. Once we were ready we contacted Amanda and she arranged for pictures to be taken and set up the showings. In four days the house was sold at a very satisfactory price. We cant say enough about how pleasant it has been to work with Amanda. From beginning to end she made a very stressful process about as stress-free as possible. We highly recommend Amanda Davidson to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Alan helped me to buy my first condo. He was extremely attentive, honest, and responsive in answering all of my questions. As a young, first time home buyer, he was also very helpful in guiding me through each step of the process and, very importantly, explaining each step. I would highly recommend Alan, and I will be recommending him to any friends and family that would like to buy in the area.

Amanda is amazing!!! I initially hired her in 2011 to purchase my home in Falls Church, VA. Thirteen years later it was time to sell the property and I was an out-of-state seller. There was no hesitation about whom to hire. She went above and beyond then, she was super helpful, fast, and organized. Amanda connected me to the contractors to have the place ready and kept everyone accountable. Highly recommend her for buying or selling real estate in Northern Virginia!
