We started the home buying process in May, and were looking to make an offer and close fairly quickly. Before even contacting Nathan I was in another relationship with one realtor that really wasn't falling through and did not want to show me any houses. When I began to look elsewhere for another realtor, I contacted Nathan when I was browsing through homes on Zillow. The same day I text Nathan he responded very quickly, not an auto-generated message, but it was Nathan himself! I was very surprised and relieved. We began our journey of viewing homes, and once I saw the one that I loved we made an offer and closed the next month. Nathan made the entire experience very pain, and stress free. He really handled every aspect very professionally and always keep us in loop of all the inspections and every detail that was gong on with the home.
