Alpha Realty MO

I have had the pleasure of having Terence as my realtor several times over the last few years. Every time was incredibly smooth and he always went above and beyond. As a repeat customer, I would highly recommend and never use anyone else!

In 40 yrs of buying houses all over the U.S., Seth is definitely the best realtor we've ever had! He listens, he's available for questions even when we forget its family time for him. We always try not to bother our realtors at that time. We especially have appreciated that he asks questions about the property and doesnt try to hide possible problems when we arent seeing the negatives. Our last purchase, had some big problems that our realtor never mentioned. Seth is not only the best realtor in the Branson area, he's the best in the U.S. as far as we're concerned!

Seth is your realtor! Hes very personable and a great communicator. Hes not just trying to sell you a home, hes going to make sure that home is up to the highest standards. He was so helpful during the entire process. We looked at several homes ranging from the Branson area all the way to nixa area. If you got a house youve been eyeing Seth can make it happen. Hes also very thorough in his work! Give Seth a call if youre ready to start finding a place to call home!

Terrence was an absolute blessing to me in the sale of my home. He did a beautiful job and handled every issue that came up during the process. I would highly recommend him if you need to either sell your home or purchase a new one. He's also so sweet! Nice professional man!

Seth was truly the catalyst for an amazing home buying experience. He is detailed, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I felt protected by having Seth as my guide through this process. Hands down the best realtor in Springfield and surrounding area. Dont waste your time or effort. He is the best!!
