Aloha Sothebys International Realty

We are in our 70's and over 50 plus years of buying and selling 8 homes, Silvia is the best agent by far! She was the most professional and helpful that we have dealt with. she went over and beyond in her efforts to help us, surpassing our expectations! We HIGHLY Recommend Silvia for your home buying and selling needs. Thank you, Silvia!

Silvia Templeman-Gonzalez is the best realtor I have worked with in all my real estate endeavors, and there have been quite a few. Her immense knowledge, her vast experience with Hawaii real estate, her intelligence, her kindness, her patience, her integrity, her honesty, her accessibility, her friendliness, her candor and her sincere dedication to her clients makes her a must-have/valuable asset to any buyer or seller.

Aloha! We wish we give Silvia 10 stars!!! She really goes the distance for you. It is really impressive. We were amazed at well she had memorized all the details of our condo so she could tell potential buyers. The unique gift Silvia has is her ability to immediately make potential buyers feel as they are with friends and family. It must be that big beautiful heart of hers shining through all she does. We felt very fortunate to have someone with so much Aloha to sell our condo. We recommend Silvia very highly to anyone that wants a frictionless, efficient and enjoyable buying or selling experience.

My experience with Silvia as my agent was incredible. She worked diligently to help me find the perfect place to call home. Her dedication and friendship are only matched by her extensive knowledge and understanding of the island, including all of its intricate real estate rules and laws. I felt very confident with her by my side making this hugely important decision. She wasn't just a knowledgeable resource; she was fiercely loyal to my best interests. I've seen firsthand how deeply she cares for her clients and takes the time to truly understand them so she can help them achieve their dreams. She is hands-down the best agent I have ever worked with. I could not recommend her enoughaEUR"as an expert in her field, a wonderful person, and a great friend. Silvia is the best!
