Allison Towne realty

Irina is so much more than just a realtor. She truly is a one-stop shop for everything a homebuyer could possibly need. Not only is she deeply knowledgeable about the housing market, but she also has a keen eye for identifying potential issues during home tours. She would never, in good conscience, sell you a home that could become problematic, and her honest approach earned my trust very quickly. I needed a very specific home, and Irina patiently worked with me for 7.5 months until we finally found it! In addition to being an incredible realtor, she has a vast network of trusted contacts, from cleaning services and painters to movers and so much more. Working with Irina throughout this process was truly a blessing. She helped me navigate the entire experience of buying my first home and went above and beyond to make my move-in as easy as possible. Thank you, Irina, for helping me find my unicorn!

Irina helped us sell two multi-unit properties in Ottawa and made the whole process incredibly easy. She did a great job negotiating, got us our full asking price, and was always willing to go the extra mile. She helped coordinate repairs and estimates, scheduled contractors, and even met them at the properties when we couldn't be there. She was always responsive, kept everything moving, and really took a lot of the stress out of selling. We had a great experience working with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

I had the pleasure working with Irena to sell my rental property in Illinois, while I reside in a different state. When I decided to sell the property, I was concerned about finding the right agent who can handle all the details without me being physically there. My son recommended Irena, and she was wonderful. Her attention to detail, tenacity, and knowledge made this a successful transaction. She was on top of every detail, no matter how small. We sold the property in record time. She even guided the process and negotiations perfectly. I highly recommend her as a professional and a friend. She is a pleasure to work with.
