Allison James Estates and Homes

I recently worked with Roger Rietsema to sell my home, and I could not be happier with the experience. Roger was professional, responsive, and stayed on top of every detail from start to finish. He made the selling process smooth, kept me informed, and worked hard to get everything to the closing table. If you are looking to buy or sell in Panama City Beach or the surrounding area, I highly recommend Roger. He truly cares about his clients and knows the local real estate market.

Roger was great to work with on my selling of 501 Dogwood St. He communicated well, stayed on top of the details, and helped make the closing process smooth. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate in Panama City Beach.

I have always had a great experience working with Roger. He has always been professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Roger, and I can confidently say he is an outstanding Realtor. His communication with both his clients and the lenders involved in every transaction is exceptional, helping ensure the home buying and selling process stays on track from start to finish. Roger is also extremely knowledgeable about the Panama City Beach market and surrounding areas. His local expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients truly set him apart. I highly recommend Roger to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Roger is extremely dedicated to his business. Treats every client as if they are the only one. Saw us on weekends. He was so very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the area!! He responded via text or phone call anytime we needed assistance. While being very stressed about moving from Virginia he made it a much easier transition than I was anticipating. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home he took quite the load off of my mind!
