Allison James Estate And Homes

Jeanine went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were in a difficult situation and had to move quickly as our landlord sold the house we had been renting for 4 years. Jeanine made it happen, she is honest, kind, extremely knowledgeable and never stops working for you. She is much more than a realtor, hopefully I have made a friend for life.

Jeanine helped us find the perfect home in a crazy market when we were a thousand miles away. She went above and beyond for us and I recommend her to anyone who needs a sweet, knowledgeable, and amazing realtor!

We found Jeanine very easy to work with and very through. She kept us informed and on track for the entire process. She knows the area and I highly recommend her.

Very timely in her communication and advice. I ever felt as though I was an inconvenience. Would definitely use her again and recommend her. Thank you, Jeanine!

Jeanine is outstanding to work with. Jeanine went far above and beyond to make sure this was a successful transaction as there was some unexpected challenges with the property and we were purchasing from 1300 miles away. She put in a lot of extra work and time to make this happen and communicated in real time and responded promptly to address any question or concern we had. Jeanines knowledge of not only the market but also the processes within the market (insurance, inspections, permits, etc) is extremely beneficial. This was the third property we purchased with Jeanine and we will work with her again. Jeanine is honest, upfront and transparent. Her dedication to her clients is amazing!!!
