Allie Bear Real Estate

Dea was fantastic. Stuck through 2 months of buying a house. Dealing with unreasonable sellers and them backing out of contracts she always had a smile even dealing back and forth with the sellers realtor. She always responded when I had questions or concerns even sometimes late in the evening. If I ever went through buying a house again she would be the one I use again. Me and my family really appreciate everything and landed a home we really enjoy. She will go to bat for you through it to the end. We really appreciate you Dea. You did a fantastic job for us.

Dea was amazing. She was always available to answer any questions that I had and she was extremely helpful navigating all of the issues that we had dealing with a VA loan. I highly recommend Dea to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Dea was a good fit for us to work with. Very responsive via text, email or phone call. She went above and beyond traveling out to the lot we were interested in, took real time pictures and a video of the road while driving to give us a better view of the area. Dea also shared her own familiar local know about the area info to help us feel confident she was the professional to help make our land purchase happen.

I would highly recommend Dea to anyone who is searching for their forever home. Her history and passion for northeastern Nevada is hard to find. And her knowledge of this business and the many connections she has can?t be beat. She stuck by my side for many months and even more house tours until I found the perfect first home. She made the process unbelievably easy. I could not thank her enough!
