Ashley is AMAZING. A few things that really stand out about her: 1) She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions. 2) Listened to my preferences! I didn?t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. I really REALLY appreciated that. 3) Punctual! Ashley was always at appointments before me. Always on time, always responsive, reliable, and really thorough with everything. That made the process feel so easy. 4) Great network of people to help! Ashley knows the Utah market so well that she also knows a lot of other reliable contacts. For example, she put me in contact with a good handyman, my lender, and was even able to have her business partner let me into a house while she was out of town on vacation. I really think this is a crucial part of the real estate process, and as a client, it removes so much stress and worry. Lastly, Ashley is just all around strong, fun, and I?ll actually miss going to see houses with her!

Ashley is simply the best! Her years of experience in the industry and dealing with tough situations are unmatched. She always has you as the client in mind and does whatever is needed to make things happen (such as buy and sell on the same day!). We have now used Ashley on 3 different occasions, 2 buys and 1 purchase, and in each instance she has guided us through all the headaches, contracts, and negotiations like you would expect form a professional. For me as a control freak in my professional life, it is hard to give full control to someone, especially with such large amounts of money being exchanged. However after seeing Ashley negotiate on our behalf, it was easy to just take a step back and let her run the show. This included contract negotiations, repair negotiations, and ultimately going above and beyond of what I ever would have expected out of an agent. Not only was she able to get us a better offer on our home then we got initially accepted, she also saved us over $10K in service work by suggesting a cheap warranty on our initial home, which again shows her knowledge of areas and the industry. In addition she was able to get us under contract on our dream home only 48hrs after the property went on the market, with several higher bidders then us, and got us closed in 3 weeks! Ashely is a boss and we cant thank he enough for being such a pleasure to work with!
