Mr. Wess, is one of the best realtor I have ever worked with. I use him for buying a home and selling of a home. Both times he amazed me on so many different levels. He is very professional, responsive, very quick at getting things completed. He cares about his clients professionally and personally. Mr. Wess, is definitely the realtor you want by your side, wether you are buying or selling, he won't disappoint.

Ours experience with Wess IMarkowitz, we want to thank you for your excellent work management, punctuality, performance, professionalism, and extensive experience. We think you are the best in real estate. Thank you for helping us have a beautiful home in an area where tranquility reigns, completing our surroundings. Once again, thank you very much. I hired Wess both as a buyers agent back in 2018 and a sellers agent in 2024. Wess pairs patience with professionalism perfectly. He doesnt pressure, but he guides. Wess provides his clients every opportunity to make their own decisions in a pressure free setting. Id highly recommend anyone to reach out to Wess if youre interested in relocating to central NC or selling your property. 10/10 would recommend.

Wess did an outstanding job assisting my husband and I in buying our second home! I would recommend Wess to anyone. You wont regret it!

This was my second time working with Wess, and once again, the experience was excellent. He was professional, responsive, and truly committed to making the process smooth and stress-free.
