Linda is on target every time with what the Market is doing and how to best prepare her clients for success. She is personable, energetic, & hardworking. She will never quit in her mission to help you buy or sell. I have used her services for both selling a home and purchasing 2 homes. Please do yourself a favor and call her when you need a real estate agent who will be in your corner and lead you to success!!

Linda was exactly the realtor I needed. I am new in town, so her knowledge of the area was really helpful. When I was ready to place an offer, she researched the area for comps to make sure I was paying a fair price. Then did a wonderful job on negotiating it for me. She is quick to respond to a text or email. Very helpful with the closing process. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!

Linda was very professional. We did not have a realtor while looking because we were kind of all over the map. We finally found a house in Winston-Salem and she was the listing agent. She wore both hats and couldn't have been better to us. Even after the purchase, coming out of her own pocket to fix issues the seller did not. She didn't have to do this! Thanks Linda! Great experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Linda during our recent home buying process and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and expertise she provided. From start to finish, she made the process smooth and stress-free. We werent planning to buy a home soon but found the perfect home and closed in less than two months! Her knowledge of the local market and attention to detail was impressive, and she always went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
