I first talked with Roxanne while just browsing online for vacation homes in the Austin area. About a year later my husband an I were in Austin for a conference, and while he was in meetings, on a whim I called Roxanne to show me some properties. She was out of town but arranged for an associate to meet with me. After we returned to Colorado we narrowed our search to two properties which were both building sites. Roxanne went over and beyond visiting the sites, taking pictures of the lots, and negotiating for us. We decided to build a cottage at The Reserve at Lake Travis and are thrilled with our choice. Roxanne was very professional throughout the entire process, and we felt she was truly looking out us during the process. We whole heartedly recommend Roxanne to anyone looking for a great realtor.
