Please do not trust the reviews here. Lori had a good approach to getting our business but their true colors showed as soon as we received the first offer. Lori and Nora knew we wanted to sell fast. They told us a fair price to list it, but within a month became pushy to lower the price. They didnt even hold an open house during this time! We lowered it, trusting their judgement. The first offer we received, they pushed us to accept. It was a bit lower than we wanted but acceptable. As soon as things got rolling - they basically disappeared. We did not receive any guidance or suggestions on the process. They did not take care of any responsibility or even communicate properly to all parties involved without us chasing after them. I had to talk to the buyers lawyer and realtor to get answers and get things moving. They literally just came to for the paycheck. She even aEURoelostaEUR? my number within a week after close when I realized the buyers forgot to give us one check and claimed they had no idea how to ask for it. They want quick money thats it. Completely untrustworthy individuals. The buyers lawyer was the one to finally help us get our check 1.5 month after close. We have since worked with more realtors who are absolutely amazing at their job and take their work seriously and with integrity. It showed us much more exactly how unprofessional our experience with Lori was. Oh and I was pregnant the entire time and basically did all the work myself!
