As a first time buyer Michelle was great, always keeping me in the loop and explaining everything. From hot to get my property as a homestead to sending me the addresses and info to get the utilities turned on and transferred to me. This was my first home buying experience and I can say that I've heard from people that buying a home is worse than buying a car.. But Marsha made my experience extremely EASY! I love how she is not afraid to ask. And by ask I mean completely ask for everything I wanted and negotiated until what I needed was met. She found us the perfect home and even got an amazing deal. She is THE most caring person I've met in a while. She not only took my needs into consideration she took the sellers needs into consideration also! That's what impressed me the most.
