I'm convinced Yadi runs on coffee, pure hustle, and some kind of secret real-estate superpower. Every time something came up, she had already handled it before I even had time to worry about it. Ive worked with plenty of realtors over the years, and Yadi is easily the best Ive dealt with. Sharp negotiator, knows the market inside and out, and actually answers the phone call or text 24/7/365 within minutes but most of the time within seconds (which is rare in this industry, trust me).
