I was blessed! I was so lucky to have someone refer Valencia to me. The years of experience helped me so much. I was lost but she got me there. Valencia is able to speak with tenants who just don't care. She is able to speak with investors who care too much. You better understand she is one hell of a negotiator. If the property needs attention she knows who to call. Now I don't speak HOA, but she does. It is a complicated language of many details that have many requirements. I am so lucky. After my property was vacant, she looked in on it to make sure the property stayed in good shape. I was selling during a period when the government kept raising interest rates. I felt like crying.
