Albert Wooster Co

10/10 experience. Highly recommend working with Albert if you have the chance too. You will not regret it! He made the process so effortless, enjoyable and really understands the market. Me and my wife could not be happier throughout the whole process as we found our dream home!

I bought my townhome in Sarasota 16 years ago, with the help of Albert Wooster. When it was time to sell, I felt confident that Albert was the realtor to call. Since I live out of state, his assistance was extremely helpful! Albert has many years of experience, and he works with you every step of the way. My house sold quickly, and it was a pleasure having Albert as my realtor! He took the stress out of the selling process, and I knew I was in good hands.

Albert is a true professional. He was in frequent communication, executed effective marketing plans, and advocated on my behalf as the Seller. After the offer came in and we were dealing with some inspection issues he even went to the property to double check on those "issues" and found that the inspector was incorrect on many of the items, saving me extensive repair costs. I can confidently recommend Albert for all of your real estate needs and transactions.

This was my first time selling my first home. I was So blessed to be able to work with such a professional, and kind realtor. Albert was very patient, knowledgeable, hands-on, kind, friendly, and worked with me thoroughly until the sale of my home came to a close. He gave me many tips on how to better show my home, and went above and beyond , even through the rainy days to get as many prospects as possible. There was not one time where Albert did Not update me, OR keep me in the loop,. He communicated very effectively throughout the process AND was very generous , honest, and genuine. He helped me more than I could have every asked for especially with the financial issues I have . He worked night and day, and for that.. I Truly am grateful to have worked with him. God bless you Albert!

Albert is a talented realtor and a pleasure with whom to do business. I purchased my Sarasota home from him in 2016 and he recently sold that home for me in a difficult market. He demonstrates consistently high ethics, hard work and creativity in marketing homes, and has incredible empathy for both sides of the transaction. I would absolutely recommend Albert to both buyers and sellers.
