I contacted Great Island Realty due to previous experience in selling a home. The last house they sold for me was under contract in less than 2 days. I met Scott and gave him a tour of my condo. He suggested some quick things needing to be done and we discussed pricing strategy.....he had done considerable homework and had comparables in hand. Scott/Great Island had a photographer come in and take multiple pictures and copied me at each step in the process. After a final review and documents signed as needed electronically, the listing was placed. Three days later 3 offers came in and I was able to talk with Scott to determine which was the best overall. Again, all questions were answered by Scott and documents signed electronically saving me time. From offer to closing was less than 3 weeks and Scott kept me informed each step of the way and took care of setting up things that were a conflict with my work time. He did above and beyond what many realtors do.The entire process was great and I would recommend both Scott Moreau and Great Island Realty to anyone looking for a realtor who will work hard for their clients.
